Art, music, dance, sports, invention, creative writing, play and solidarity workshops are prepared by experienced people, so the benefits of the workshops are different. It can be developed by individuals for their mutual benefit. This entire process is carried out with the approval of the workshop facilitators. In the fieldwork of the Culture, Art Development and Solidarity Association Mosaic, only the target group is society as a whole and projects are carried out in this direction. External teachers do not provide content or training to interested parties, such as local residents. Culture Art Development and Solidarity Association Mozaïek provides support by sharing information with non-governmental organizations working in the field when a situation is encountered that is not in accordance with the purpose and goal. Under the motto "Today is our future for all members of society", we work for our children and adults to experience areas where they can discover and improve their skills. We envision a new generation that is responsible, productive and voluntary for the society in which they live, that wants to use the experience/knowledge of the elderly and thus build a bridge between two generations.
